A three-bedroom plan built around one large living and dining room with a balcony on each side of it: one set up as an outdoor lounge, the other reached through double doors. Two bedrooms and a bathroom sit to one side; the master bedroom, its own bathroom and a study corner take the other. The drawing shows stair symbols but only this one level.

Room areas are net of wall thickness and circulation, so they add up to less than the stated total. Use these figures as the baseline when you describe changes to the generator.

Common modifications
Three changes this layout takes well, with the area each one moves around.
Glaze one balcony
Enclosing the lounge balcony, roughly 15 m², makes a sunroom or reading nook that extends the living room without adding to the footprint.
Combine the balconies into a wraparound
On a corner plot, a walkway along the side of the house can join the two balconies into one continuous terrace.
Turn the study corner into a walk-in wardrobe
The study corner beside the master bedroom already has wardrobes along one wall; closing it off with a door gives the master bedroom a walk-in wardrobe.
How to customise this template
Pick the closest layout
Compare room lists, total area and plot width across the library, and choose the template nearest to your plot, unit or lease outline.
Note your changes
Write down what should change — rooms to add, resize or remove — in words you can give the generator, using the approximate room breakdown on this page as a guide.
Generate a new version
Describe the adapted layout to the AI floor plan generator, or upload a plan image to the floor plan editor and describe the edit. Each run spends credits.
