Floor plan software for teams, in the browser

No CAD licences to hand out and nothing to install. Anyone on the team can describe a layout, or upload a plan and describe a change, and get an AI-generated floor plan image back to share.

What the platform does

Six things your team can use from day one

Everything listed here works today. Anything we are still building is labelled as planned.

  • Generate a plan from a description

Type the rooms, rough sizes and constraints, and get a labelled floor plan image back to review, rather than starting from a blank page.

    Floor plan generator
  • Revise a plan by describing the change

Upload one existing plan and say what should change — move the kitchen, add a bedroom — to get a new image of the revised layout.

    Floor plan editor
  • Convert what you already have

Upload a photo of a hand sketch and get a clean floor plan image back, instead of redrawing it before anyone else can read it.

    Sketch to floor plan
  • Show the space in 3D

Upload a 2D plan and get a 3D-style rendered image of it, for clients who read pictures better than line drawings. It is an image, not a 3D model.

    Floor plan to 3D
  • Plans your team can act on

Labelled layout images for listings, briefs and early client conversations. Results open full size in the browser; PNG and DXF file export are planned but not available yet.

    2D floor plans
  • Pay per generation, not per seat

Each generation costs credits, and the cost is shown on the Generate button before you run it. Failed generations are refunded.

How it differs from putting CAD on every desk

A description of the two setups, not a claim about which is better. Measured, editable drawings still belong in CAD; this is for getting a layout idea onto a page quickly.

How to work out whether it fits

Three steps, in the order that gives you a real answer fastest.

  1. Try it on a real job first

Create an account and generate a plan you needed anyway. New accounts get 10 free credits for text prompts on the Z-Image model; the upload-based tools need purchased credits.

  2. Work out your volume

Count the plans your team produces in a typical month. Credits are consumed per generation, so that number is what pricing should be read against.

  3. Ask us the rest

Anything about volume, invoicing or a requirement not covered here goes through a support ticket, so the answer is written down and attached to your account.

Credits, invoices and payment history live in your account under billing and credits. Published rates on the pricing page are the current ones; if something you need is not listed there, ask before assuming it exists.

Usage is metered in credits rather than per seat, and current rates and bundles are listed on the pricing page. If your volume does not fit what is published there, open a support ticket and ask.

We do not publish an uptime SLA or hold a security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. If your procurement process requires either, raise a ticket and we will tell you exactly where we stand.

Not inside the product. There are no shared workspaces or team accounts: each person has their own account, designs and credit balance. To share a result, open it full size and save or send the image. Ask via a ticket if you need more than that.

Not yet. Account settings let you create and revoke API keys, but generation currently requires a signed-in browser session and does not accept those keys. If programmatic access matters to you, say so in a support ticket.

Today every result is an image you open full size in the browser and save from there. PNG and DXF file export are planned but not live, so do not plan a CAD handover around them yet.

Yes. Each new account gets 10 free credits, usable for text prompts on the Z-Image model. The upload-based tools — revising a plan, converting a sketch, 3D-style images — need purchased credits.

They are refunded to your balance. The cost of each run is shown on the Generate button before you start it, so there is no surprise charge afterwards.

Through support tickets on your account, so the history stays attached to that account and to the purchases and designs it concerns. That is the supported channel today.
