EZ Floor Planner Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and EZ Floor Planner (ezfloorplanner.com), the operator of the website and service at ezfloorplanner.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and the Refund Policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. Both form part of these terms.

What the service is

EZ Floor Planner generates images with AI. You describe a space, or upload one image and describe a change, and the service returns AI-generated images such as floor plans, 3D-style views and interior or exterior visuals.

Please understand what those images are:

• They are planning aids, not technical drawings. Generated images are not architectural, engineering, permit or construction documents, and they are not drawn to an exact scale.
• They can be wrong. Room sizes, dimensions, labels and layouts in an image come from an AI model, not from a measurement, and may be inaccurate or impossible to build. Check anything that matters yourself, and have anything structural, regulated or permit-related reviewed by a licensed professional.
• We do not guarantee any particular result, or that a generated image will be accurate, complete or fit for a specific purpose.

Some features shown on the site are marked as planned. Planned features are not part of what you are buying until they are released. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You sign up with an email address and a password. Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one person. There are no shared or team accounts.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Tell us at support@ezfloorplanner.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

Credits, plans and payment

• Credits. Each generation costs credits. The cost is shown on the Generate button before you run it, and it depends on the model and options you choose.
• Welcome credits. New accounts receive 10 free welcome credits. They can be used only with the Z-Image model and expire 365 days after sign-up.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits expire 365 days after purchase.
• Subscriptions add credits for each billing period. Credits from a monthly plan expire at the end of that billing month, and credits from a yearly plan at the end of that year. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Order of use. When you generate, the credits that expire soonest are used first, except that on the Z-Image model your welcome credits are used before any you paid for.
• No cash value. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold.
• Failed generations. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and is charged to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
• Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. It stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself refund the current period.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
• Price changes. We may change prices. A change applies to new purchases and to renewals after it is announced on the site, never to a period you have already paid for.

Your content

"Your content" means the prompts you write and the images you upload.

• You keep any rights you have in your content.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content, and to send it to our AI providers, only as far as needed to run the service for you.
• You must have the right to use everything you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their permission, or material that belongs to someone else unless you are allowed to use it.
• You are responsible for your content and for how you use what the service produces from it.

Generated images

• Subject to these terms, applicable law and the terms of the provider of the model you used, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of them.
• AI models can produce similar images for different people, and in some countries AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright. We cannot promise that an image is unique or that you can stop others from using something similar.
• Do not present a generated image as a measured survey, an approved plan or the work of a licensed professional.
• If you turn on the public link for a design, anyone with that link can see it. You can turn the link off at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or generate anything illegal, including sexual content involving minors, or content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the service to deceive people, for example by passing off a generated image as a real property's official floor plan in a listing or sale.
• Break the usage rules of the AI model providers whose models you use through the service.
• Get around credit charges or limits, open several accounts to collect welcome credits, or resell access to the service.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to access other users' data or accounts.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service itself.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or limit an account that breaks these rules.

Our service and brand

The website, software, design and the EZ Floor Planner name belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the service as described here.

Suspension and closing your account

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or that we are required to close by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. Cancel any active subscription in Settings → Billing first. Deleting your account permanently removes your designs and any credits left on it, and they cannot be restored.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those written in these terms, including any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated images will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is architectural, engineering, legal or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
• We are not liable for decisions you make, or work you have carried out, based on a generated image.
• Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for changes that materially affect you, point them out on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and, if you like, delete your account.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first at support@ezfloorplanner.com. Most problems can be sorted out quickly that way, and we will try in good faith to resolve yours before either of us takes any other step.
