EZ Floor Planner Refund Policy
When an EZ Floor Planner purchase can be refunded: unused credits within 14 days, failed generations, duplicate charges, and cancelling a subscription.
Last updated:
The short version
- Unused within 14 days: a purchase whose credits are all still unused can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it.
- Used credits: once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is not refundable.
- Failed generations: the credits come back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: refunded in full.
- Subscriptions: cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Cancelling on its own is not a refund.
Refunds for unused credits
You can ask for a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of the payment if none of the credits it added have been used. This applies to:
- Credit packs, counted from the date you bought the pack.
- Subscription payments, counted from the date of each payment. That means the first payment of a plan, and each renewal, is judged on its own: a renewal can be refunded within 14 days of that renewal if none of the credits it added have been used.
Once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase cannot be refunded, in full or in part. When you generate, the credits that expire soonest are spent first. Your credit history in Settings → Credits lists each batch of credits you received and how many of them remain, and we check refund requests against that record.
When a purchase is refunded, the credits it added are removed from your balance.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, for example because the model returns an error, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically, and the return shows in your credit history. If you think a failed generation was charged and not returned, email us with roughly when it happened and we will check it.
A generation that completes but does not look the way you hoped is not a failed generation. AI results vary, so try adjusting your description or choosing another model.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for something you did not buy, tell us and we will refund the extra or mistaken charge in full.
Subscriptions and cancelling
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. The plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current period by itself. If that period's payment qualifies under the 14-day rule above, ask for the refund separately.
- If you want a refund and also want the plan to stop renewing, cancel it in Settings → Billing as well.
What cannot be refunded
- A purchase once any of its credits have been used.
- A request made more than 14 days after the payment, except for duplicate or mistaken charges.
- Credits that have expired.
- Welcome credits, which are free and have no cash value.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@ezfloorplanner.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- the order number, which you can find in Settings → Payments, or the date and amount of the charge;
- what you would like refunded and why.
You can also open a ticket in Settings → Support Tickets. We usually reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank, they usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
Before opening a chargeback
Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. We can usually sort out a billing problem faster directly, and a chargeback can take weeks to resolve.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
