Common modifications

  • Add a walk-in wardrobe

    Take roughly 4 m² from the corner of the master bedroom beside the ensuite door for a small walk-in wardrobe, keeping the bed wall as it is.

  • Separate the kitchen from the living room

    A partition with a wide opening between the dining area and the living room gives a closed kitchen and a quieter lounge, if you prefer the rooms apart.

  • Add a covered outdoor room

    Extend past the dining area with a roofed terrace of roughly 15 m², using the existing garden doors as the connection point.

By its own ensuite and the family bathroom, which sit between the master bedroom and bedroom 2 along one side of the plan. Bedroom 3 is in the far corner, beyond the living room.

Yes, with no structural change. It already has a desk drawn in, and its door opens off the living room rather than through another bedroom.

Bedroom 2 backs onto the family bathroom, so a 4 m² shower room can be carved off that bathroom and opened into bedroom 2, keeping all the plumbing on one wall.
