Convenience Store Floor Plan
- m²
- 410
- Shelving Runs
- 4
A full convenience store with the checkout and two ATMs beside the automatic entrance door and a separate exit. Four freestanding runs hold drinks, dairy, frozen food and toiletries, shelving lines the walls, and a hot food and deli counter, a coffee station and a walk-in beer cave sit at the back. A few labels on the drawing are misspelled.

Room breakdown
Room areas are net of wall thickness and circulation, so they add up to less than the stated total. Use these figures as the baseline when you describe changes to the generator.

|---|---|---|
| Sales Floor | About 21.3 × 15.4 m (328 m²) | Four freestanding runs, wall shelving, checkout by the door, deli counter and coffee station |
| Stockroom | About 5.2 × 4.8 m (25 m²) | Shelving, door to the sales floor |
| Beer Cave | About 4.5 × 4.0 m (18 m²) | Walk-in cooler beside the deli counter |
| Staff Break Room | About 5.2 × 4.2 m (21.8 m²) | Table for four, sink |

Common modifications
Three changes this layout takes well, with the area each one moves around.
Add another shelving run
Narrowing the aisle spacing slightly fits one more freestanding run, which adds range at the cost of circulation comfort.
Expand food-to-go into a seating area
Adding roughly 15 m² of seating beside the hot counter turns grab-and-go into an eat-in offer, which usually raises average spend.
Add a self-checkout bank
Four self-checkout units need about 10 m². Placing them opposite the staffed tills splits the queue without extending the checkout run.
How to customise this template
Pick the closest layout
Compare room lists, total area and plot width across the library, and choose the template nearest to your plot, unit or lease outline.
Note your changes
Write down what should change — rooms to add, resize or remove — in words you can give the generator, using the approximate room breakdown on this page as a guide.
Generate a new version
Describe the adapted layout to the AI floor plan generator, or upload a plan image to the floor plan editor and describe the edit. Each run spends credits.
