Common modifications

Three changes this layout takes well, with the area each one moves around.

  • Add a second manager’s office

Partitioning part of the open workspace near the finance office gives a second private office without touching the meeting rooms.

  • Split the large meeting room

The large meeting room is long enough to divide into two rooms of about twelve seats each, which suits teams that book many mid-sized meetings.

  • Add phone booths

Two or three acoustic booths along the corridor wall give people somewhere to take calls without booking a meeting room.

How to customise this template

  1. Pick the closest layout

Compare room lists, total area and plot width across the library, and choose the template nearest to your plot, unit or lease outline.

  2. Note your changes

Write down what should change — rooms to add, resize or remove — in words you can give the generator, using the approximate room breakdown on this page as a guide.

  3. Generate a new version

Describe the adapted layout to the AI floor plan generator, or upload a plan image to the floor plan editor and describe the edit. Each run spends credits.

  4. Review before you build

Results are planning images, not permit-ready drawings. Export to DXF, PDF and PNG is planned but not live yet.

Office Floor Plan with Meeting Rooms FAQ

About 24 at desks as drawn: eight in the team office, twelve in the open workspace and a few more in the private offices.

Add or remove whole desk clusters in the open workspace so the grid stays aligned. To see it drawn, describe the new desk count and the 428 m² floor to the AI generator.

For about 24 desks, rooms seating roughly 24 and 8 cover large meetings well but leave little for small ones. Phone booths or a four-person room would handle everyday calls.

It is not a compliance drawing. Escape route widths, travel distances and the number of exits depend on local regulations and need a professional review.
